As a coach and educator, Shaun Eden aims to make learning fun, innovative, and relevant. After 15 years of experience in teaching and developing FE and adult education and as a manager in both the education and health and fitness industries, Shuan applies his extensive experience and knowledge to recruit leaders for the FE sector and talent identification from those sectors.
Shaun believes in empowering learners to be independent, critical thinkers and team players who understand their role and are set up for a successful career. He has an unwavering dedication to education and teaching and is keen to ensure that learners’ needs are met by exceptional, innovative teaching and forward-thinking leadership teams.
Health and performance are also at the forefront of his work, and Shaun has worked with a range of elite athletes in athletics, swimming, football, rugby union, rugby league, and ice hockey. His love for sports, exercise, and being outdoors drives him to advocate for how exercise and sports can promote wellness and well-being and improve communities.
