With 14 years of fundraising and strategic partnership experience in the charity sector, Matthew Skaife uses his extensive knowledge and experience to find exceptional fundraising talent.
Matt began his career in the charity sector in 2010 at City Gateway, a grassroots education charity, where he worked in apprenticeship recruitment and corporate partnerships. He then managed a team that delivered over 200 apprenticeships for NEET young people in East London.
Matt moved to Crisis in 2015, securing several six-figure partnerships with brands like GSK. He also led the 2016 Christmas ad campaign and CRM with Waitrose, cited at the Third Sector Awards, where Crisis won Fundraising Team of the Year in 2017. He then worked at Young Enterprise as their Strategic Partnerships Lead, delivering early talent partnerships with brands including Amazon and National Grid
Matt utilises his extensive knowledge of high-performing fundraising teams to help clients hire the very best talent and develop teams that enable organisations to innovate and have a transformative impact on their beneficiaries.
Outside of work, he is passionate about family, travel, scuba diving and cooking with fire.
