I’m a Glasgow born Scotsman who is always looking for adventure and excitement and loves to travel, meet people, and experience new cultures. From eating snake curries with the vendors of Mumbai to swimming with dolphins in The Bahamas, my travels have taken me to over 40 countries, including every part of the Scottish mainland and most of the highlands and islands.
My journey to Peridot resulted from previously working in advertising, senior finance at a global recruitment firm and holding a directorship within a marketing company that raised millions for not-for-profit organisations such as Erskine Veterans, Sense Scotland, Maggies, and included a personal invitation from Prince Charles to attend the Red Cross garden party at Buckingham Palace.
I have a passion for helping others which is why I’m excited to be part of the Peridot team. The ethos of the company, “Placing purpose and quality before profit”, offers me a platform to help my clients develop more diverse organisations where leadership can thrive. Working across the charity, not-for-profit and public sectors, I endeavour to provide the best that Peridot offers, albeit applied with a strong Scottish flavour.
