With over 20 years of administration experience, previously working in legal and financial services, Laura Burchett is incredibly organised and customer-focused. She thoroughly enjoys supporting both clients and candidates across the entirety of Peridot’s offerings.
In her time here, she has moved from supporting the Director of the Education Practice part-time, to starting a full executive assistant support team to support our consultants. She is now the Head of Business Support Services. Her excellence in assisting our consultants and project managing all recruitment campaigns has positioned her perfectly for this role.
Outside of work, Laura spends quality time with her two young sons, socialising with family and friends, and watching a box set on Netflix.
