Kellie Gordon brings over 18 years of experience in education recruitment, working closely with schools and multi-academy trusts to appoint senior operational leaders across finance, HR, estates, IT, data and governance.
She continues to work in the sector because of the people, and is inspired by how committed, generous and collaborative education leaders are in pursuit of the shared aim of improving life chances for pupils. At Peridot Partners, she enjoys helping talented people move forward in their careers while supporting trusts and schools to bring in skills that genuinely improve pupils’ futures.
Outside of work, Kellie relaxes by making things. She loves crafting projects, has recently started learning embroidery and enjoys the process more than the end result. She’s a big reader and usually has at least one book on the go, ranging from health and well-being to gossipy Hollywood biographies and fiction of all kinds. She also enjoys Pilates, strength training and anything related to wellness and longevity, having promised her seven-year-old she plans to live to at least 100. Above all, she loves spending time with family and is grateful for strong friendships that have lasted decades.
