As someone who has always been drawn to working with people, Katie Booth is proud to contribute to a values-led company that aligns with her personal ethos. She leads research and candidate stewardship on a range of manager, senior manager, head of and director-level fundraising and marketing roles for charities, both within the UK and beyond.
Katie is dedicated to connecting purpose-driven organisations with talented fundraising and marketing professionals who can make a real difference. Her approach is rooted in building genuine relationships, offering transparent communication and ensuring every candidate feels valued and supported throughout their journey.
Having recently moved to Bristol, Katie is loving exploring everything her new city has to offer, from discovering new restaurants and walking routes to catching shows and gigs. She balances her time between enjoying the vibrant cultural scene, socialising with her friends and visiting family. At heart, she’s a bit of a homebody, happiest curled up with a cup of tea, a cosy blanket and a good Netflix series.
“Katie was a dream to work with from start to finish. She was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I felt she genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect role for me post-redundancy. A huge thank you to Katie for her support!”
Lucy Ruff, appointed Senior Philanthropy Manager at PDSA.
“I have now worked with Peridot on the recruitment of a fundraising director in my previous role as CEO of On Call Africa, and in seeking a new role for myself. On both occasions, I have received a high level of support that was both professional and friendly. Peridot helped us to find the perfect candidate for a new role with On Call Africa, who was able to come in and hit the ground running. In my own search for a role, I was really impressed with the quality of information and guidance I was given to help me put my best foot forward, and incredibly grateful for the open and transparent communication throughout. I would highly recommend Peridot Partners to others, and would be keen to work with them again as I look to expand the team at Future Talent in the future.”
Ben Margetts, appointed Chief Executive Officer at Future Talent.
