Coming from a highly creative background, spanning floristry to the stage, screen and, most recently, motherhood, Kath Gibbons took on the new challenge of Peridot’s business support.
Recruitment has been a real change, but Kath has thrived in meeting new people and looking for exciting new ways to achieve results in her work. She finds her work here at Peridot highly rewarding, being part of a supportive team in a company with great values that works alongside the charity sector.
On the weekends, you can still find her arranging wedding flowers or keeping her screen presence fresh as a film and television extra. She also loves to run, cycle, or walk in the Surrey Hills.
