Aussie born and raised but later adopted by the UK – I’m naturally curious and have an obsession for travelling, adore discovering culture, always trying new food and have a genuine interest in meeting people. If I had a superpower, it would most definitely be matchmaking – both socially and professionally. As much as I love chatting with anyone, and everyone, about every topic under the sun until the early hours, you’ll often find me working out with an uncharacteristically serious gym face on.
It’s no surprise then that my natural domain and chosen specialism has been in executive search for over 15 years.
Over that time, I’ve worked with both global recruitment consultancies and niche specialists – always in the non-profit space – leading on executive appointments in criminal and social justice, homelessness, mental health, addiction, membership, higher education fundraising, and international NGO sectors.
Talk to me about:
“We were delighted with the service and support we received from the Peridot team in our search for two director level appointments. James Hunt was intuitive and responsive to the nuances of our organisation and through their search process, brought forward an imaginative selection of candidates that ultimately lead to us making two excellent appointments.”
Martin Powell, The Institution of Structural Engineers, Chief Executive
“We have worked with James Hunt at Peridot for many years now and he has found us many of our senior leaders within our Advancement Division. We love working with them and very much appreciate the hard work they put in to every search. We are always thrilled with the outcome.”
Angela Bowen, Imperial College London, Director of Development - Faculty of Medicine
