Grace Horrix is a passionate people person with over 20 years of experience in executive support. She has an extensive background working for large blue-chip organisations. However, after starting a family, the long hours didn’t fit the new lifestyle, so Grace bravely hung up her hat and supported her family instead.
During this time, she supported her local community by helping with events and running the village community hall, but after seven years, she decided to return to work full-time.
Grace discovered an opportunity to work for a company with the same passion for people and their futures, and the flexibility to work around her personal life. She joined Peridot as a Project Support Manager, finding it a breath of fresh air after years away and different from the stuffy corporate world, which she was hesitant to return to. She has become an essential part of our business and supports our Not for Profit team in delivering their service seamlessly.
Outside of work, Grace is keen on exercise—whether pumping iron, playing netball or walking her dog—which is quickly followed by a glass of wine (or gin!) with friends.
