Having worked exclusively in fundraising recruitment since 2012, Emily is immersed in the sector and can’t imagine working anywhere else. She excels in connecting top-tier fundraising professionals with mission-driven organisations.
With a deep understanding of the not for profit sector, Emily has successfully partnered with organisations ranging from grassroots charities to global NGOs, helping them secure the fundraising talent necessary to achieve their ambitious goals. Getting under the skin of what an organisation does and the beneficiaries it supports will never be uninteresting to her.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys signing up for charity challenges, dipping in the sea in winter, and roast dinners. As Peridot’s resident Ironman triathlete, she can often be found in the local pool or going round in circles at Herne Hill Velodrome. Emily is a proud trustee of Off The Record!, a youth mental health charity local to her.
