I love drinking espresso, challenging my physical and mental strength at CrossFit and creating environments where people can create real systemic change.
At Peridot, I’ve delivered hundreds of senior leadership and board appointments in the Students’ Union, youth, education, community and wider not for profit sectors. This includes 35+ CEO appointments across England, Wales and Scotland.
I also bring lived experience of leading transformation projects as a Trustee. At both charities where I have been a Trustee, I’ve secured better financial positions, led governance reform and recruited new CEOs and Trustees. I have recently joined the Transformation Board at the University of Suffolk Students’ Union.
I’m exceptionally proud of my track record of recruiting people from underrepresented communities into positions of leadership, through delivering inclusive, empowering and robust recruitments.
