How do you recruit the best fundraisers? Talk to Annie of course:

I started my recruitment career over five years ago. I’ve always had a keen interest in the charity sector since volunteering at my local hospice some years ago. I started fundraising recruitment in 2014 recruiting mid-level fundraisers. I have since then recruited senior level fundraisers, Directors and CEO’s to a range of organisations.

I’m passionate about building excellent long-lasting relationships and working with great organisations to engage fantastic fundraisers, giving a tailored and professional approach to individuals and organisations alike.

My role as Business Manager at Peridot Partners enables me to partner with a range of national and international charities to deliver key roles including: The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, WEA, Alzheimer’s Society and Age UK.

Being a busy mummy to a toddler, I’m often at our local farm or Ballet class on weekends. In my spare time I like nothing better than meeting up with old friends, catching up over good food and a glass of wine.
