With over a decade of experience in recruitment, Anish Patel has worked across multiple sectors including healthcare, corporate services, not for profit, finance and local government. His career began in public service, working as a housing caseworker for both Westminster and Hillingdon Councils, before moving into recruitment, where he quickly progressed to senior consultant and often mentored junior colleagues. Since then, he has built a strong track record in delivering full-cycle recruitment campaigns and developing lasting partnerships with organisations across diverse industries.
Anish brings vast sector knowledge and a values-driven approach to his work. He is particularly passionate about social inclusivity, fair recruitment practices, and embedding meaningful equity, diversity, and inclusion into the hiring process. With experience in both high-volume campaigns and senior-level appointments, he combines commercial awareness with a strong belief in people-centred recruitment that creates lasting impact.
A graduate in Computing and Multimedia, Anish has always had a keen interest in emerging technologies and how they can be harnessed to drive positive change. This perspective helps him think creatively about recruitment challenges and adapt processes to increase accessibility and reach.

He is also passionate about travel, global cuisine, and music, with a wide-ranging taste.
