I graduated from Lincoln University back in 2009 with a BA Hons degree in Business Studies. After university, my first job was as a personal assistant to the managing director and office manager in the print and design industry. From then on, my main roles included being the executive assistant to the Deputy CEO, COO and team leader for the administration team for a multi-academy trust. I also have experience working in admissions and marketing and communications for a school. Recently I have also completed my CIPD Level 3 in HR.
This is my first time working in the recruitment industry, however, I have strong executive assistant skills so am confident I can provide expert administration and business support to the Peridot team. I have also previously worked in education for 6 years so I know the importance of having good leaders within a school to provide the best education for children.
Outside of Peridot, my main enjoyment is spending time with my daughter and family. I also enjoy meeting up with friends for lunch and enjoying the occasional cocktail. I also love binge-watching a good series on Netflix too!
