After graduating from Lincoln University with a BA Hons degree in Business Studies, Abbie Johnson landed her first job as a personal assistant to the managing director and office manager in the print and design industry. From there, her career grew to include executive assistant to the Deputy CEO, COO, and team leader for the administration team for a multi-academy trust.
Abbie joined Peridot to apply her strong executive assistant skills, expert administration and business support to our education team. Having previously worked in education for 6 years, Abbie understands and recognises the importance of having good leaders within a school to provide the best education for children. Her work is driven not only by skills but also by her care, and Abbie is a team player ready to do the best for the team and the education sector as a whole.
In addition to her skills, she has experience working in admissions, marketing and communications for a school and has also achieved a CIPD Level 3 in HR.
Outside of Peridot, Abbie mostly spends time with her daughter and family. She also meets up with friends, enjoys the occasional cocktail, and loves to binge-watch a good series on Netflix.
