Trinity College London, a leading language examination board, is recruiting a Technical Content Manager to be involved in the development of high-profile tests at an exciting time in our their growth.

  • Location: Homebased with occasional office attendance
  • Salary: £40,000- £45,000

Trinity College London is a leading international exam board and independent education charity that has been providing assessments around the world since 1877. We specialise in the assessment of communicative and performance skills covering music, drama, combined arts, and the English language.

The Technical Content Manager will be responsible for the creation and management of secure test content and regulated syllabus specifications, set and oversee qualification standards through technical content and monitor the lifecycle of live technical content.

You will also recruit and manage a team of external consultants and item writers, to ensure content creation procedures are followed, and that high-quality material is effectively developed and reviewed.

Being a part of a small yet dedicated and passionate team, you will work collaboratively both internally as well as across the business.

Our new Technical Content Manager should have an MA in Language Testing and experience in assessment development. You should also have excellent proofreading skills and a keen eye for detail, to ensure quality assurance processes in relation to technical content, including cultural bias reviews, are followed.

This is an exciting time to join Trinity College London, as there are several digitally related projects in which the new Technical Content Manager will be involved.  We are looking for someone with a fresh approach and new ideas to play a key part in developing new methodologies and ways of doing things moving forward.
