TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) are recruiting for someone with a strong network within the Higher Education sector to set up and lead their UK and Ireland division as the Sales Enablement Director, promoting Tata products and services to higher education institutes and universities.

  • Location: Home-based with UK and Ireland travel
  • Salary: £80,000- £100,000

About the role

TCS has been experiencing accelerated growth in education due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and their services have been key in providing equity and accessibility to education and learning through online learning platforms and cloud-based solutions.

Due to this growth, TCS are looking for a Sales Enablement Director to focus on the UK and Ireland, to support existing higher education clients, as well as start to build a pipeline of new customers.

Working with internal heads of TCS’s different products and services, as well as with their external dedicated partners, such as Amazon, Adobe, Google, Oracle, and Salesforce, you will provide solutions to senior stakeholders within universities to improve their systems and process.

Who we are looking for

Starting as a standalone role, you will use your network of senior higher education leaders to sell the value TCS products and services can offer, from learning and enrolment through to assessment, as well as within central services such as IT, Finance, Management, and Cost Optimisation.

As the success of your division grows, you will have the opportunity to build a team around you, as well as use the feedback from customers and partners to help the product teams to develop new services as well as bespoke and improve existing ones.
