Reporting to our Head of Research, Michael Earnshaw, you’ll work alongside our Directors, Consultants and Senior Researchers to support with the identification of contacts for our client assignments.
We’re research-led in our approach, so this role offers an exciting opportunity for someone at the start of their career to build commercial research expertise and play an important part in the delivery of our recruitment projects.
This role will provide crucial support in the recruitment process, business development, administration procedures and database management – areas we hugely value in our organisation to maintain our high standards of quality and delivery.
You’ll be given thorough training and the opportunity to learn from highly experienced commercial researchers and delivery consultants, with a development pathway and prospects for your future career.
As an executive search organisation, we’re looking for an ambitious person who has a passion and curiosity for information, knowledge, and learning.
Research is so critical at Peridot, so your ability to think outside the box, be creative and agile-minded, and see connections in information which can lead to new research sources is very important.
