AAT is seeking two Product Support and Development Managers to collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to support and contribute to the development of their product strategy and delivery of products and services.

  • Location: Hybrid / Canary Wharf – 1 or 2 days per week in the office
  • Salary: £46,996.50

About the role

As the Product Support and Development Manager, you will sit within the Products and Services function and report to a Product Manager. The team is  the centre of excellence on the product lifecycle and management of the suite of products and services within qualifications, membership, commercial and those provided as part of AAT’s charitable purposes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support the development and execution of product strategies to meet KPI targets, including progression, retention, engagement and growth.
  • Identify and maximise product opportunities by supporting the creation of clearly defined value propositions that drive growth and engagement.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of products and services by briefing teams and coordinating timely customer and market insights.
  • Maintain current customer, market and product knowledge to inform product strategies and drive action across AAT.

Both Product and Development Managers will be expected in the Canary Wharf office 1-2 days a week.

Who we are looking for

The ideal candidate will be someone who has prior experience with new product development and managing the full product lifecycle, along with the following skills:

  • Project management – including briefing, scheduling, and managing complex activity schedules.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Financial management – including budgeting and new product budget management.

Knowledge or experience of a professional body or awarding body environment would be desirable.
