AAT is seeking two Product Managers to collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to develop and drive their product strategy and grow a portfolio of products and services.

  • Salary: £56,975.56

About the role

As the Product Manager, you will sit within the Products and Services team and report to the Product Director. The team is a centre of excellence on the product lifecycle and management of the suite of products and services within AAT. You will focus on the products and services provided to support their membership and commercial activity and those provided as part of AAT’s charitable purposes.

You will not only be responsible for AAT’s existing products and services within the portfolio, but you will also develop new product proposals that aligned with AAT’s strategic intent and are relevant to member, customer and competitor insights, ensuring member and customer feedback is responded to and rationed, and income targets are met.

To successfully manage the complete lifecycle of a portfolio of products and services, you will manage budgets and financial performance, coordinate timely and relevant market insight, and maintain up-to-date market and product knowledge to drive action across AAT, ensuring opportunities are always identified and maximised.

Who we are looking for

The successful candidate will be someone who has experience with new product development as well as managing the full lifecycle. You must also have prior experience with product strategy development and implementation.

As the Product Manager, you must have strong project management skills, including briefing, scheduling, and managing complex activity schedules, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
