SFJ Awards, an Ofqual regulated EPAO and awarding organisation are recruiting for a Product Development Officer to be part of the team developing their qualifications, EPA materials and other resources as they look to expand their current offering and enhance existing products.
SFJ Awards is an Ofqual-regulated awarding organisation and EPAO, dedicated to supporting employers and training providers. We deliver world-class and high-quality qualifications and custom certification for learners through approved centres in England, Wales, Northern Ireland, and Scotland. Our learning and development programmes cover key public sector organisations including Policing, Fire & Rescue Services, Security, Healthcare, and many more.
We are also an Apprenticeship End-Point Assessment (EPA) organisation, approved by the Education and Skills Funding Agency, to deliver EPAs to apprentices for a growing number of apprenticeship standards in England.
SFJ Awards is part of the Workforce Development Trust Group, which includes Skills for Health, Skills for Justice and People 1st International.
As the Product Development Officer you will support with the development of qualifications, assessment materials and related resources to ensure they meet regulatory, organisational and stakeholder requirements.
Working as part of a team under the Qualifications and Assessments Product Manager, you will liaise with and support a range of customers and stakeholder bodies to ensure the design of qualifications, accreditations and assessment materials align to the National Occupational Standards and End Point Assessment professional standards.
You will also assign work to external subject matter experts and associates involved in development activities, and liaise with them to ensure outputs meet requirements.
