Peridot Partners helps organisations with a social purpose to recruit brilliant leaders. From CEO, executive and management roles to finding specialist skills and hiring non-executive appointments, we cover a broad array of leadership positions. We also deliver board development and review services.

We’re driven by our values, which reflect the types of organisations that we work with. Working with innovative charities, progressive social enterprises and forward-thinking educational institutions that are transforming society for the better is hugely inspiring.

Over the last 12 years we’ve built a business that we’re immensely proud of. Peridot Partners’ reputation is so strong that, despite the global pandemic, we’ve just completed another record-breaking year. Our team will grow in 2021 to well beyond 30 staff as we broaden our geographical presence and take advantage of our increasing market share and opportunities to grow into new markets.

With the sudden departure of our marketing executive, we’re seeking a values-led and socially conscious Marketing & Communication Manager to join our team. To continue to develop our strong brand profile in our key markets, this role requires a capacity for strategic thinking alongside operational action. You’ll work closely with the Managing Director and alongside the leadership team to help us get the most impact from our marketing and communications output.

Who we're looking for

It’s really important that we hire people who share our integrity, ethics and commitment to quality. We also know that people are complex and different, so we offer flexibility, excellent benefits and the opportunity to join a close knit and ambitious team. It’s important to us that you feel Peridot is a place to be your authentic self and where you can really enjoy your work. The more diverse our team the better.

Ideally we’re seeking somebody who is available immediately or with short-notice, although we’ll consider candidates with a notice period if they can take some time to do a handover during that time.

Please have a look through our website, meet the team and view our social media channels (Twitter,  LinkedIn and Instagram) to see if Peridot is a place that aligns with how you want to work and live.

If this is of interest we’d love to have a conversation. Please contact Grant Taylor, Managing Director, by email in the first instance at grant@peridotpartners.co.uk.

Diversity is crucial to the success and reputation of what we do and the organisations and people we work with.

We support equal opportunities in employment and oppose all forms of unlawful or unfair discrimination on the grounds of gender, age, ethnic or national origin, religion, sexual orientation or disability.

We don’t just make equality statements, and we are proud to embrace diversity and lead by example within our values-led company.

We’re proud of our diverse team who represent our commitment to diversity through age group, gender, ethnicity, LGBT and disability. We also recognise that we need to do more and to keep ensuring that our workforce reflects diversity of people and thought.

We believe our approach to diversity enriches our internal and external relationships, as well as enhancing the knowledge and experience we bring to our clients’ recruitment and retention issues.

Organisations need to be representative of the people, communities and causes they represent. We live in a multicultural and diverse society that faces unique, complex, and dynamic issues.

We understand that many of the issues around improving diversity are intersectional and no single thing will solve the problem.

We support our clients to achieve an inclusive workforce by making diverse appointments. We recognise that greater diversity goes hand-in-hand with greater innovation. We are experienced in supporting our clients to create open and inclusive recruitment processes that encourage greater diversity.
