Working closely with the Marketing & Communications Executive, you’ll contribute across internal, external and digital marketing and communications. Focusing on colleague and client engagement, you’ll work as part of the Marketing & Communications team to grow our vibrant brand and support client-led recruitment projects for inspiring organisations in the not-for-profit, education and membership sectors across the UK.
Some of the other core duties include: planning and producing content for our social media channels; day-to-day management of social media presence, including publishing content and driving engagement; supporting the tracking, measuring and reporting of our channels’ effectiveness; supporting the development of brand materials and ensuring brand consistency throughout all pieces of work; providing creative, editorial and operational support for communications, including blogs, brochures and other content.

You’ll bring a strong copywriting ability and a willingness to understand how our audiences respond to content across internal and external channels. This position will suit someone early in their marketing and communications career who enjoys delivery and getting involved in everything from website content to crafting social media posts.
