About the role

Are you ready to lead a team that is passionate about revolutionising education through cutting-edge product innovation? Join us in enriching the overall centre and learner experience, leveraging AI/digital technologies to drive the evolution of education.

As the Head of Product Innovation and Development at Ascentis, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our qualification portfolio to ensure we stay at the forefront of industry advancements.

Your primary task will be to lead the way in how we innovate our educational products. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring our offerings align with market trends and emerging technologies. Your strategic insights and operational expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of Ascentis.

You will lead and manage the product development team, fostering operational effectiveness and a dynamic approach to product development. Additionally, you will collaborate with other teams across the organisation in the planning and creation of new qualifications, taking into consideration emerging technologies and trends.

Who we are looking for

It is essential that you have a solid understanding of strategic and operational objectives, especially within the education sector — your experience in implementing innovative learning strategies will be highly valued.

As a key player in our growth journey, your role will be instrumental in setting the pace for ongoing development and excellence within our educational services.

We are seeking a dynamic individual who will thoroughly analyse our current offerings. Using data-driven insights, you will identify future product development opportunities to ensure Ascentis remains a pioneer in the industry and able to continue to enrich the overall centre and learner experience.

We are specifically looking for someone who is enthusiastic about exploring and maximising the use of AI/digital technologies, integrating them seamlessly into the Product Development department.
