Join Campaign Bootcamp as their new Head of Fundraising and embrace a rapidly growing charity empowering people affected by social injustice to lead change.
We are currently partnering with Campaign Bootcamp in their search for a Head of Fundraising.
Campaign Bootcamp are a young, nimble, rapidly growing charity dedicated to helping to ensure that people most impacted by injustice are leading campaigns that affect their lives, from better housing to fairer treatment of migrants, LGBTQ+ rights.
Their graduates are testifying before Parliament, organising national demonstrations, being elected to local government, changing laws and regulations and waging important, successful campaigns.
The Head of Fundraising will develop the fundraising function and coordinate their fundraising efforts. You’ll start from a strong position, with a well-structured database, good relationships with their generous funders, and strong evaluation frameworks.
The focus will be on trusts & foundations for around 70% of fundraising and developing new fundraising streams including public donations and sales income for the remainder. The role reports into and works closely with the CEO also working closely with the fundraising coordinator and the programme delivery teams.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone interested in grassroots campaigning, human rights and social justice with experience in trust fundraising perhaps already in a Head of Fundraising role or a Trusts Manager / Senior Trusts Executive looking to take a step up where they can make an impact on a small but fast growing organisation.
