Our child development app is distributed to parents by the Department of Education, Local Authorities, and education and health practitioners across the UK, reaching over 75,000 families across the country.
EasyPeasy is the only app of its kind with proven impact on narrowing the school readiness gap, the major predictor of future inequalities for young people in health, education, and earnings. Since the arrival of the pandemic, organic demand for EasyPeasy from parents, health and education practitioners alike, has massively increased. At the same time, the gap in development is widening, as children from disadvantaged backgrounds fall further behind their peers.
We are searching for a new Head of Business Development to help drive sustainable financial growth and social impact. This post will focus on generating sales and forging strong relationships with public sector commissioners and funding partners. You will work directly with the CEO to develop a business development strategy focused on revenue opportunities and customer/partner satisfaction. You will also lead research to identify new markets and funding opportunities, and contact potential partners to establish new relationships, whistle promoting EasyPeasy’s services.
We are searching for someone with a proven business development track record, with exceptional communication, networking, and negotiation skills. You will be able to build rapport with ease and be proactive and adaptable to change. Acting strategically, with innovate flair, will come naturally to you.
This may suit someone with experience of partnering with Local Authority Commissioners OR working with High-Net-Worth Individuals/Trusts and Foundations.
