Birmingham St Mary’s & John Taylor Hospices are looking to recruit a Fundraising Insights Manager to unlock and tell the story behind organisational data, guiding the fundraising team to future success.
As part of the Fundraising Team, you will process and maximise the quality of its data, so that it can be used to deliver insights that will help to increase voluntary income.
Great insights are vital to helping us on our way. As our Fundraising Insight Manager, you will be pivotal in helping us to unlock and tell the story behind our organisational data. You will ensure that we’re using our CRM data to really understand our supporters, hold ourselves accountable and answer important questions to gain insight into making our fundraising even more effective.
You will be the lead in analysing our data using data science methodologies (including descriptive, predictive, prescriptive and diagnostic analytics) to develop insights into our audiences that will drive new and maximise existing income.
This role is responsible for the management of the Donorflex CRM system, which incorporates all data for fundraising and engagement purposes and records all voluntary gifts and Gift Aid.
You will review, develop and implement appropriate data management processes; proactively leading improvements to the database and leading the development and training of staff members on how to use and maximise the database. The Fundraising Insights Manager will champion a culture of capturing, recording and managing quality data.
As the fundraising team GDPR lead, this role will ensure that the HCP is compliant in all aspects of storage and usage of data. You will assist the team in trouble-shooting and carry out routine maintenance, acting as the primary system administrator for the Donorflex environment.
We are seeking an exceptional data driven and analytical fundraising expert to drive insight and innovation across multiple departments. You will play the role of a critical friend to support informed decision making and investment in key fundraising activities, leading to successful fundraising outcomes.
Suitable candidates will have experience in data project management and understand the complexities of multiple donor journeys and experiences.
Candidates who have outstanding relationship skills will be successful in this position as you act as a guardian of the data as well as working with multiple teams to provide strategic support.
