EPA Quality and Compliance Manager Notebook Assessment Services (NAS)

Notebook Assessment Services (NAS) are an EPAO undergoing a huge growth period having secured several high-value long-term contracts and are now recruiting for an EPA Quality and Compliance Manager to ensure the delivery of EPAs and internal quality assurance.

  • Location: Homebased with travel as required
  • Salary: £45,000

Notebook Assessment Services is a recognised End Point Assessment Awarding Organisation and a subsidiary company of The College’s Partnership, an award-winning vocational training provider with more than 20 years of experience formed of 4 colleges with a combined turnover of £100million.

NAS is growing significantly with a turnover of £7million and has recently won several high-value contracts so is looking for an EPA Quality and Compliance Manager to maintain the integrity of NAS’ end point assessments, to meet and exceed the needs and expectations of their customers.

As someone who has experience in managing risk and compliance matters in EPAOs you will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with the regulatory requirements for all individual qualifications and end point assessments, and quality assurance in respect of assessment.

You will oversee the delivery of EPAs, manage IQAs and EQAs, and develop policies and strategies to support the sustainable growth of the organisation. You will also support the Head of NAS in ensuring that the organisation adheres to Ofqual, IfATE and ESFA requirements.

This is an exciting time to join Notebook Assessment Services as there is huge potential to grow within the organisation as within the next 12months there will be Head of opportunities and future possibilities to develop into a Director role.

Not only will you be able to bring your technical expertise to the role, but also a spark for creativity to build new things and shape processes and policies from scratch.
