The award-winning EPAO, Innovate Awarding, is seeking two proactive Development Managers to oversee the development and maintenance of all activities relating to qualification and assessment materials.

About the role

We are looking for innovative, approachable individuals to join our supportive development team, to be responsible for managing new developments and the product lifecycle for qualifications and assessments in a defined portfolio.

As the Development Manager, you will manage the development pipeline, ensuring there are clear timelines, milestones and accountability for those in your portfolio.

All products in your portfolio must have a comprehensive set of assessment and support resources for qualifications and end-point assessments that meet the needs of all stakeholders, complying with internal brand standards and following the development processes.

You will work closely with those involved in the development process, ensuring their products are delivered on time and in line with published timescales, with appropriate assessment and support resources that are commercially-viable and clearly reflect the regulatory and stakeholder requirements.

Who we are looking for

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing qualifications and assessment products, with a strong understanding of end-point assessment for apprenticeship standards and qualifications.

You must also be resourceful, self-motivated and approachable. Additionally, we are looking for someone who is comfortable meeting deadlines, commercial objectives and stakeholder expectations within a high-demand environment.
