This is an exciting time for the Cognition Learning Group (CLG) with extensive plans to grow our group presence in the UK. Since entering the UK in 2017, Cognition has been steadily building its business, working with public sector clients to deliver a range of new services including the very successful Transition to Teach offering. With the recent acquisition of Aspire Development, substantial new government contracts for Cognition Education and the launch in the market of one of our most successful Australasia brands, Wavelength Learning, the UK has quickly grown to become one of our most important regions and a key strategic plank of our growth blueprint for 2022-26.
CLG is unique in the learning market in that we offer a diverse but complementary set of skills across our brands that can deliver from cradle to grave, traditional to digital, and small to large and we have been doing this for 30 years, in more than 30 countries around the world. There are very few companies in the world that can offer our rich history or breadth of expertise and this makes joining our group an exciting proposition for anyone looking to build their career and make a difference.
At CLG we believe in the power of learning to transform lives and we believe in hiring, supporting and developing people who can make this happen. All of us at Cognition live and breathe our guiding principles, the 4 Bs, striving to Be Better, Be Impactful, Be Agile and Be Ambitious so we know we are always challenging ourselves to deliver the very best services we can.
With all these changes and growing operations, we are now looking to recruit key senior roles to continue to drive the success and strategic direction of the group and its businesses in the UK. To be successful you will need to be a self-starter and have the gravitas required to work at the most senior level but you will also need to be able to build teams and support them to deliver outstanding services which make a positive and lasting difference to our customers.
If you share our values, believe in our purpose to transform lives through learning, and feel you have the experience and skills to lead the Cognition Learning Group through this next exciting period, we look forward to hearing from you and receiving your application.
