Location: Hendon NW4, with flexible working

This is a new position for Citizens Advice Barnet (CAB). The Head of Fundraising and Development will play a key role within the Senior Executive Team. The post holder will have responsibility for devising and driving forward the business development strategy and diversify fundraising activities across a range of income streams.

A key aim of the Head of Fundraising and Development will be to work autonomously and in conjunction with the Chief Officer and other members of the Senior Executive Team to produce persuasive, creative and high-quality grant funding proposals and investment pitches and presentations.

What we are looking for

The Head of Fundraising and Development will be an experienced fundraiser, coming from a background in trusts, corporate and relationship fundraising, with a strong track record of successfully securing new partnerships and significant funding. This role will lead on all fundraising activity for the organisation as well as creating and implementing a robust strategy. Demonstrable experience of implementing a successful business diversification strategy will be essential to this role.
