Chief Financial Officer Eastern Education Group

At Eastern Education Group, we believe education changes lives. As a leading provider supporting learners from age five to adulthood, we are seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Officer to help shape the future of our growing, values-led organisation.

Reporting as a key member of the senior executive team, you will lead financial strategy while overseeing estates, capital development, procurement, risk, compliance and income generation. Working closely with the CEO, Board and senior leaders, you will drive sustainable growth, enable investment and support outstanding outcomes for learners and communities across the East of England.

We are looking for a CCAB-qualified executive leader with significant strategic financial leadership experience, strong commercial acumen and a collaborative approach.

Working closely with the CEO, Nikos Savvas, the Board, the Trust Board, Governors and senior leaders, the successful candidate will develop and deliver a robust financial and operational strategy that enables Eastern Education Group to remain resilient, invest in growth and continue transforming educational opportunities across the communities we serve.

This is a highly visible leadership role with significant influence across the organisation, offering the opportunity to shape major investment decisions, lead substantial capital projects and contribute to strategic decisions that impact learners, employees and stakeholders across the Group.
