Thank you for showing an interest in becoming our new Chief Executive. This is an exciting time to be joining Cransley Hospice Trust us as we enter an ambitious growth plan and look to enhance our impact and influence across the north Northamptonshire SPC/End of Life healthcare landscape.
Cransley Hospice Trust is an independent charity raising funds for many aspects of hospice care serving the North of Northamptonshire. We support the services provided by Cransley Hospice (which is managed and operated by Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust) and work with Cynthia Spencer Hospice Charity to provide a range of county wide services such as Hospice at Home.
We are a unique organisation with impressive plans over the next 5 years to build our income from £1m to £2m.
This is a pivotal time to be joining us and we now seek an inspirational, visionary leader who will make our ambitions a reality and play a key part in helping us grow sustainably and impactfully.
Being attuned to working across multidisciplinary teams within a Public, Voluntary or Health setting is important, as will be your ability to develop and nurture strong stakeholder relationships for the trust. It is also essential that our new Chief Executive has the ability to successfully balance the external ambassadorial requirements of the role with an internal focus on staff; driving high performance, coaching, mentoring and supporting through exceptional leadership.
These are exciting plans; we hope you are inspired to consider providing the enthusiastic and effective leadership that we seek.
With my best wishes
