Business Development Manager- Assessments Civica

  • Location: Home based with UK travel
  • Salary: £60,000 plus £5k car allowance and double OTE

The Business Development Manager will join 2 other individuals selling Civica Assess formerly known as Calibrand, their leading eAssessment software which helps organisations test and certify workforce skills throughout the employment lifecycle, from recruiting and continuing professional development to compliance testing.

As someone who has a consultative sales approach, working to understand customers and fostering a partnership to solve problems, you will be able to demonstrate how Civica solutions and products and maximise value to customers whilst acting with integrity.

Ideally, you will have an understanding of the key markets Civica Assess operates in, such as awarding organisations, examination bodies, and higher education institutes. You will use this deep market insight and fresh thinking to challenge customers to think differently and to take action.

As a Business Development Manager, you will own your target from planning to making it happen and have excellent business acumen with a commercial and strategic focus.
