Peridot Partners is thrilled to welcome David Hingley as the new Head of Arts, Heritage, and Culture Practice. David will lead the continued growth of Peridot’s work in this vibrant sector, specialising in the recruitment of diverse senior executives and board members to support the success of arts, heritage, and cultural organisations.
David brings nearly 15 years of extensive sector experience, having held senior leadership roles with high-profile and complex cultural organisations such as Historic Royal Palaces, The Landmark Trust, and Tate. Most recently, he served as a Senior Consultant at BOP Consulting, where he supported strategic and impactful initiatives across the sector. He is also a trustee at Painshill Park Trust and Museum of the Broads.
With his deep expertise, extensive network and genuine passion for arts, culture and heritage, David is uniquely positioned to strengthen Peridot’s commitment to supporting organisations and leaders who drive meaningful change in this sector.
