Timeline

How long does it take?

  • It typically takes around two weeks to gain a comprehensive brief, approve the role profile and write, sign-off and publish the recruitment adverts and social media.
  • The adverts are usually live for four weeks during which time we will search our database and undertake our networking process with prospective candidates.
  • We aim to shortlist in week 6 or 7 after which you can go ahead with the final stages of interview and assessment.
  • All projects will have a clear timeline agreed by all stakeholders at the outset, and we’ll tailor this to your needs.

Costs

How much does it cost?

  • The price per appointment is £1,500. You’ll invest £500 at the outset, and £1,000 after we successfully place the right candidate.
  • In the unlikely event that you don’t appoint to all of your vacancies on the first go, we will run a second search. This may include refining the brief.
  • There are discounts available for additional hires arising from the recruitment process.
