Victim Support – Director of Fundraising and Income Generation

Salary: circa £80,000 pa Permanent, Full-time Victim Support is the national charity giving free and confidential help and support to victims of crime, witnesses, their family, friends and anyone else affected, across England and Wales. We also speak out as a national voice for victims and witnesses and campaign for change. We are looking for a high performing, ambitious Director of Fundraising and Income Generation to develop and lead on our new fundraising and income generation strategy. You will provide vision, expertise and strategic leadership on fundraising across Victim Support, maximising income to ensure delivery of our organisational objectives and strategy. You will also lead our income generation team to focus on developing and embedding a new national bidding framework. You will be highly effective and results driven, setting the strategy and vision for fundraising and income generation within Victim Support and taking ownership for delivery to agreed targets.
