Interim Commissioning Manager – London

One of our clients, a London Borough is looking for an interim commissioning manager to join their integrated health and adult social care team. The key criteria for this role is that candidates must have recent experience of social care commissioning in an adult social care setting and a specialism in learning disabilities. We will be searching for people that can demonstrate tenacity, determination and resilience. Transitions Manager – London Borough of Bexley

Chair of the Board of Trustees, Durham Students’ Union

Unremunerated (expenses will be reimbursed) Durham Students’ Union represents over 16,000 students studying at Durham University. The University has two campuses – Durham City and Queen’s Campus (located in Stockton) – and is one of the top universities in the UK. It has a distinctive collegiate structure which includes 16 colleges.    The Union acts as a unified voice on campus and leads on issues such as academic representation and the provision of facilities, as well as running one of the most successful RAG operations (DUCK) in the country. The Union also has over 200 societies. A successful Chair will lead the organisation to have a higher profile with all stakeholder groups, in particular a more collaborative working relationship with Durham University.  The work of the Union will ultimately be more student-led.  The Board of Trustees will be well managed and all Trustees able to make a highly meaningful contribution.
