Peridot Partners are hiring like crazy!

We’ve been in recruitment for a long time; we’ve seen and heard it all before and that’s why we started Peridot. We were tired of empty promises, of consultants chasing quick money, of clients not getting real service and value. We are born of our principles. We are now in our fourth year of trading and proud of our success.  Our people, individually (and we are a truly diverse bunch), and as a team, are really special as we manage to deliver high quality recruitment while staying true to our values.  We currently have 10 permanent staff and work with many more associates in leadership development, recruitment assessment and our consulting work.  Our revenue growth, we are told, has also been impressive for a start-up in the recent economic climate. Our core business is delivering executive search services across a number of sectors, in particular with local government and charities, and specifically in niche areas such as social care and fundraising.  We also provide interim managers to clients, deliver leadership development programmes, and work with Trustee Boards to help them be more effective.  Our clients include major national charities, as well as small and medium sized charities, local authorities of […]
