St Catharine’s College, Cambridge seeks a Deputy Development Director. At St Catharine’s we are in the middle of a £30 million campaign and you will be central to its success. We are seeking an outstanding individual who has a track record in successful face to face fundraising. Working closely with the Development Director, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of existing and potential donors and developing legacy giving at St Catharine’s. The post calls for a well-organised, hard-working person with exceptional communication skills. Oxbridge or relevant experience within an educational setting as well as advanced knowledge of Raiser’s Edge database would be highly advantageous. Chair, Healthwatch Tameside

This is an unremunerated voluntary role Healthwatch is the new independent consumer champion created to gather and the views and experiences of people using local health and social care services.  At a local level it will ensure that these views are taken into account in influencing local services as well as helping people to make informed choices about what health or care services people might access. This is a wonderful opportunity to truly influence future health and social care services in Tameside and play a key role in how health reforms may be implemented in Tameside. If Healthwatch Tameside is successful it will become the go-to organisation in Tameside for insight, advice and guidance on the public’s perception of health and social care services. It will also strongly influence commissioners and service providers through its evidence base and credibility with all stakeholders in the region. Interim Head of Commissioning – adult social care

Due to a recent restructure, this unitary local authority has a vacancy for a Head of Service to lead their commissioning team. You will have recent or current experience at Head of Service level and be able t demonstrate a sound understanding of the current challenges being faced in adult social care and commissioning. You will lead on brokering partnerships with key stakeholders and have the strategic task of aligning local authority services with health partners. We are looking for someone who can be commercial and has business skills around emerging markets. Interim Commissioning Manager – London

One of our clients, a London Borough is looking for an interim commissioning manager to join their integrated health and adult social care team. The key criteria for this role is that candidates must have recent experience of social care commissioning in an adult social care setting and a specialism in learning disabilities. We will be searching for people that can demonstrate tenacity, determination and resilience.
