Senior Practitioner – Transitions

Peridot Partners are currently recruiting a permanent Senior Practitioner to work in their Transitions team.   We are looking for dynamic and resourceful individuals, who have a passion for social care and securing positive outcomes for young people.  Candidates with a background in either Children with Disabilities, or Adults with a Learning Disability are encouraged to apply, as are candidates with strong transitions experience.  You will be joining a supportive team of 10 who are extremely proud of what they do. Salary £45,804 to £50,474 including Inner London Weighting. Location – Flexible, with the ability to work from home plus nationwide travel.
