Interim transitions manager

Peridot Partners are currently looking to recruit a Transitions Team Manager, based in North West London on an interim basis.  We are looking for a dynamic, resourceful and strategically focussed candidate who can establish relationships quickly.  The team is friendly and supportive and morale is high, so you will need to be able to lead a high performing team.  Ideally with a transitions or Child Protection background, you will have excellent vision, as well as being able to operationally manage a team of 10. You must also have a social work qualification. Competitive salary Permanent, Full-Time Christ Church seeks a Development Director to replace Marek Kwiatkowski, who is moving to a new appointment in spring 2014.  The appointee will take responsibility, under the Governing Body, for implementing Christ Church’s fund-raising strategy. The post involves both fund-raising from major-gift prospects at the highest level, and leadership of the Christ Church Development Office, including oversight of other aspects of the institution’s fund-raising programme, and of its alumni-relations activities. The individual must have the authority and personal qualities that will create successful relationships both with the academic community of Christ Church, and major donors.
