Operational Director Fostering & Operational Director Adoption – Action for Children

  These are two new roles within Action for Children’s Children’s Placements division and will enable Action for Children to bring a sharper focus and leadership to these critical areas at a time of opportunity and growth. In both roles you will be instrumental in leading on the development of Action for Children’s fostering and adoption services across the UK and England respectively, improving systems and processes, driving cultural change to optimise performance, whilst being a strong external advocate and challenger with commissioners and within the policy environment.
