Salary: £58,500 + Benefits Location:  Emersons Green, Bristol, BS16 7FL   We are a nationwide learning disability charity delivering outstanding services for over 2,600 people and developing a powerful voice for those with learning disabilities, their families and carers. Head of Projects & Operational Development, International Pscychoanalytical Association

Salary: £60,000 to £70,000, plus benefits Location: North London   The International Psychoanalytical Association (IPA) was founded in 1910 by Sigmund Freud, to be the leading global body for psychoanalysis. Today, the IPA sets training and professional standards for more than 12,000 members practising in about 40 countries, mainly in Europe, North and South America. The IPA has a turnover of around £2m pa, 10 staff and a trustee board consisting of 21 representatives, seven from each continent. Although the IPA is an established organisation, there are plans for change and growth.  Key growth areas will be with membership numbers and the development and modernisation of the training and qualification offerings. Reporting to the Executive Director (ED), the Head of Projects & Operational Development (HPOD) is a newly created position responsible for the development of IPA’s processes and infrastructure, ensuring that all aspects of the IPA’s work are effectively managed and delivered. Location: Midlands Daily rate: £Negotiable Length of project: Six months   Following a restructuring of the senior management team, our client, a £5m turnover students’ union, has created this new strategic role to oversee the union’s commercial services.  The commercial operations currently include a live music venue, catering facilities, bars, retail outlet and a Starbucks concession. This is a 3 month assignment in adult social care, leading on a number of key projects. You need to have a demonstrable track record of success in managing projects in commissioning. The assignment starts immediately and will pay up to £300 per day. 2. Interim Head of Safeguarding (Borough Council). This is a 3 month assignment at a unitary authority just outside London.
