Salary: £60,000 to £70,000, plus benefits Location: North London   The International Psychoanalytical Association (IPA) was founded in 1910 by Sigmund Freud, to be the leading global body for psychoanalysis. Today, the IPA sets training and professional standards for more than 12,000 members practising in about 40 countries, mainly in Europe, North and South America. The IPA has a turnover of around £2m pa, 10 staff and a trustee board consisting of 21 representatives, seven from each continent.
