Head of Communications, IPA, London

Salary: c£50,000, plus benefits The International Psychoanalytical Association (IPA) was founded in 1910 by Sigmund Freud, to be the leading global body for psychoanalysis. Today, the IPA sets training and professional standards for more than 12,000 members practising in about 40 countries, mainly in Europe, North and South America. The IPA has a turnover of around £2m pa, 10 staff and a trustee board consisting of 21 representatives, seven from each continent. Although the IPA is an established organisation, there are plans for change and growth.  Key growth areas will be with membership numbers and the development and modernisation of the training and qualification offerings. We are a membership organisation, a charity, a service-provider and many other things rolled into one. Association Director Starting salary up to £40,000 depending on experience Inverness, with travel across the Highlands and Islands region HISA is the UK’s newest Students’ Association, a student-led organisation representing students studying at the University of the Highlands and Islands, the UK’s leading integrated university encompassing further and higher education. Nowhere else in the UK does such an integrated university exist at this level or scale.
