As the representative body for around 16,000 students we enjoy a dynamic and empowering relationship with the University through championing the voice of students to challenge current practices and create positive change.  We currently have well over 2,000 student leaders who lead the Students’ Union in every way, from supporting clubs and societies to full time Officers. With over 25,000 homes for rent we serve more than 45,000 people and we’re one of the largest housing in London, Essex and the South East. As an organisation that strives to create and sustain resident-centred services of the highest quality for all our customers, we offer a range of ways in which our customers can help us develop and improve our services. The Independent Resident Scrutiny panel is a group of tenants and leaseholders who look at Family Mosaic’s services from a resident perspective. It works independently of, but in partnership with, Family Mosaic to improve services through scrutiny and inspection and makes recommendations on how we can improve.
