Salary: £70,000 Gravesend, Kent Cyclopark is the largest cycle park in Europe, based in Kent. We are committed to encouraging people to get active and on wheels – whether that be road cycling, BMX, mountain biking or in our skatepark. We cater to all abilities: from our ambassadors who compete at the highest levels across para-cycling, BMX and road cycling; to disabled cyclists – we have the largest fleet of adapted bikes in the south east; to club cyclists; and to children starting out on balance bikes. We provide coaching, run events, offer spin classes, run after school groups, and have a cafe and children’s playpark. Established in 2012, we are now at an exciting juncture: we have the opportunity to take on a new stretch of land, Cyclopark East, and have significant potential for growth – in footfall, income and profile. Director of Operations, Durham Students’ Union

Salary c. £45K + benefits Durham Students’ Union is a student-led organisation which provides a range of support, activities and services for 17,000 students in Durham University. We are a membership organisation, a charity, a service-provider and many other things rolled into one. We place students at the centre of everything we do and seek to be the unified student voice in the University,  leading on issues such as academic representation and the provision of services and facilities for students. We undertake a range of activities which are both fun and exciting, serious and challenging. We train students to play a bigger role in enhancing the academic curriculum and we advise and support them when they occasionally find themselves in difficulty. We host over 200 societies which do everything from dancing to teaching maths to children in deprived areas, and from playing quidditch to campaigning for a better world. We run one of the most successful student fundraising organisations in the UK and we provide training for groups such as the common rooms (like a mini students’ union) which play a valuable role in our students’ lives. Salary: Competitive with benefits Location: Hastingwood, Essex Reports to: Chief Executive Officer Line reports: 3 direct (Fundraising manager, Lottery Manager, Retail Manager, with a team of 23 staff in total, which includes shop managers) St Clare Hospice is a highly regarded independent charity providing comprehensive end-of-life healthcare for the West Essex and East Hertfordshire community. Building on the foundations of more than 25 years, we support and care for people with life-shortening illnesses and their families and carers. Our core services include an 8 bed in-patient facility, Hospice at Home, and a range of day services, therapies, support and information for patients and their families. St Clare Hospice is a registered charity receiving around 30% of its funding from the NHS. We rely on the generosity of our local community to fund the remaining 70% of our costs. This comes from many individuals, events, local businesses, trusts, schools, community groups, our shops, our lottery and Gifts in Wills.
