Through our unique 24/7 responsive hospice at home service and a range of day services we make it possible for patients to choose how and where they want to be cared for towards the end of life. The support we provide for families both during the illness and bereavement is an integral part of our care. We are a registered charity receiving around 13% of our annual income from the NHS. We rely on the generosity of our local community to fund the remainder of our costs.
