Role: Board Member and Governor Location: Nottingham Remuneration: Unpaid, voluntary with reasonable expenses Time expectation: A minimum of four hours per month Nottingham College is one of the largest colleges in the UK with 40,000 students, 1,500 full-time employees and twelve campuses across Nottingham.  Having merged ncn and Central College in summer 2017 and now moving forward with the support of strategic partners and funding providers, the Corporation seeks applications from qualified accountants to join the Governing Body. You will be a qualified accountant working in practice, and  have the experience to enable your ability to analyse management reports, financial accounts and data at a strategic level.  As a Member of the Corporation, you will become an integral part of the governance and oversight at the College. Title: Senior Fundraising Manager Reports to: Chief Executive Location: Park Royal, West London Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 pa subject to experience The Felix Project is a London charity working with food suppliers and charities to reduce food surplus and food poverty. We collect food from supermarkets, wholesalers and other food suppliers – food that is fresh and nutritious but cannot be sold for various reasons.  We deliver this food free of charge to charities which provide meals, snacks or food parcels to their clients, many of whom are extremely vulnerable and living at the margins of society. Each week, the ten tonnes food we re-distribute provides meals for over 18,000 Londoners including the elderly, the homeless, people with mental health issues, refugees and asylum seekers and vulnerable families and children. Starting from a single person and one van in March 2016, our West and North London depots now operate at scale. We have 11 vans, 12 full-time staff and 350 volunteers.
