Starting salary from £40,792 – £48,677 per annum (pro rata) with further progression opportunities to £53,174
A rare three day per week permanent fundraising role at a progressive university

The University’s fundraising team is now expanding, and we need an inspirational person to become our Head of Fundraising, managing a small established team. This is a new post, and could be an ideal position for someone with a strong track record who is now ready to step up into a leadership position, or perhaps an established fundraiser who is searching for a role that offers real flexibility.
Previous management experience is not essential as we believe in developing talent, and the person will be given full support to realise their potential. This will include mentoring, support from the Director of Fundraising & Alumni Relations, and entry into our leadership development programmes.
Working closely with the both the Director of Fundraising & Alumni Relations and the Head of Alumni Relations, you will be responsible for developing and driving our fundraising strategy. Our current work revolves around high value relationships with trusts, individuals and companies, but we now need more resource to handle the offers of support. We are also ready to launch a new training academy for future fundraisers, and you’ll input into this exciting project.
