We’re delighted to announce that specialist education recruitment adviser, Samantha Bunn joins Peridot Partners as our new Business Manager and Michael Earnshaw joins as Head of Research.
Sam joins a growing education team at Peridot, which is headed up by former college Assistant Principal, Drew Richardson-Walsh.
The team of four focus on the recruitment of board, executive and senior roles across the education and skills sectors, for schools (state and independent), FE and sixth form colleges, employment and skills providers, awarding organisations, alternative providers, universities and charities with an education-focused mission.
With over nine years’ experience in executive recruitment and five years specialising in the education sector, Sam brings a wealth of understanding, knowledge, networks and most importantly a sense of humour – with an ability to put both clients and candidates at ease. She’s most recently been involving in recruiting high profile roles at West London College and NCG.

Michael joins in a newly created role as Head of Research bringing with him over 13 years in specialist research, attraction and executive recruitment at Hudson, Penna and Harvey Nash. He’ll continue to focus on the success of attracting high calibre candidates for Peridot Partner clients.
